    Recipe of grilled salmon with puree (sweet potato) and asparagus (25 g of proteins, 30 g of carbohydrates, 10 g of lipids)

    Salmon with puree recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 2 sweet potatoes
    • 1 bunch of asparagus
    • Olive oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Instructions:

    1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook in boiling water with a little salt until tender.
    2. Meanwhile, clean the asparagus and cut the tips.
    3. In a frying pan with a little olive oil, sauté the asparagus until tender. Reserve.
    4. In the same pan, add a little more olive oil and grill the salmon fillets. Season to taste.
    5. Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, make a puree with a little salt.
    6. Serve the salmon accompanied by mashed sweet potato and sautéed asparagus.

    Note: I personally don’t like sweet potato so you can substitute potatoes if you prefer.
