    Brown rice with chicken curry and green salad (20 g of proteins, 40 g of carbohydrates, 10 g of lipids)

    Rice and chicken curry

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of brown rice
    • 200 g chicken breast
    • 1 tablespoon curry powder
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil (see below my recommendation)
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    For the green salad:

    • Lettuce
    • Cucumber
    • Tomato
    • Olive oil (see below my recommendation)
    • Vinegar
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Chicken Salad with pure olive oil

    Instructions:

    1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Once ready, reserve.
    2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the curry powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well so that the chicken is well coated.
    3. In a hot skillet, cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
    4. For the green salad, wash and cut the lettuce, cucumber and tomato into small pieces. Mix them in a bowl.
    5. Prepare a dressing with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and dress the salad.
    6. Serve the brown rice on a plate, place the curry chicken on top and serve with the green salad.

    Note: I usually choose «Organic» sown rice, but that depends on taste.
