    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of fresh spinach
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 1 cup of strawberries
    • 1 cup of almond milk or skim milk
    • 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla flavor)
    • 1 tablespoon of honey

    Instructions:

    1. Wash the spinach and strawberries. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
    2. In a blender, add the spinach, banana, strawberries, almond milk or skim milk, protein powder and honey.
    3. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
    4. Check the consistency and adjust the amount of liquid if necessary.
    5. Serve in a large glass and enjoy this nutritious and delicious smoothie.

    You can replace protein powder with:
