    Ingredients:

    • 6 egg whites
    • 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables (pepper, onion, mushrooms, spinach, etc.)
    • 1 slice of whole wheat bread
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. In a bowl, mix the egg whites with the chopped vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour the egg white and vegetable mixture.
    3. Cook the tortilla over medium-low heat, stirring gently until cooked.
    4. Toast the slice of whole wheat bread.
    5. Serve the egg white omelet with the vegetables and toasted whole wheat bread.
