    Grilled chicken with potato and broccoli

    Ingredients:

    Grilled chicken
    • 2 chicken breasts
    • 2 sweet potatoes (or potatoes)
    • 1 broccoli
    • Olive oil
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Aromatic herbs to taste
    • Lemon

    Preparation:

    1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Wash the sweet potatoes well and cut them into slices. Spread a little olive oil, salt and aromatic herbs. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place them on the grill, turning occasionally, until tender and golden brown.
    3. Clean the broccoli and cut it into florets. Place it on a baking sheet, add a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until tender.
    4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and a squeeze of lemon. Place them on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
    5. Serve the chicken alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and baked broccoli.

    Ready to enjoy this dish that I usually cook myself very often!!

    Note: the sweet potato can be replaced by another tuber such as potato.
